Just yesterday we learned that Underworld director Lin Wiseman is directing the pilot episode of DC Universe’s “Swamp Thing,“ being produced by James Wan, and now we’ve got the first bit of casting news for ya. Deadline reports that “Gotham” star Crystal Reed will play Abby Arcane in the series for DC’s upcoming digital service.
The series, based on the DC characters created by Len Wein and Bernie Wrightson, is being written by “Ash vs. Evil Dead” writer Mark Verheiden and IT co-writer Gary Dauberman.
