My dearest is an avid coffee drinker. I, on the other hand, am the one who has an abundance of tea wherever one looks in my kitchen – the shelves, the cabinets or nestled amongst my herbs in apothecary jars. And while I live for my tea and leaves, he prefers the smell and taste and aromatics of the divine coffee bean. Normally, I would watch my beloved make coffee, add a plant-based creamer, kiss me softly on my cheek and carry on with his day. Well, after making this for him this mourning…..it is clear to say that he will never make coffee his way again.

Notes of cardamom woven within, along with the saltiness of the salt and sweetness of the agave that resemble caramel notes amongst the black elixir. Strong….potent…and oh, so pleasing….to the eyes and palette.
